Outside the cabThe period look stays
Step back out and the exterior keeps its retro race-truck look. Desert-racing-inspired graphics run along the sides. There is a roll bar with off-road lighting, gloss-black powder-coated bumpers and black-and-chrome wheels fitted with 31-inch Mickey Thompson tires. The ride height is factory stock-style, and a spray-in liner, color-matched to the body, lines the bed.

The comfort features sit on top of a full frame-off job. Body and chassis were separated, and the frame was stripped and refinished. The underside was refinished too, the hardware holding the chassis together was renewed, and the paint is a three-stage job.
